Barcode readers are used heavily on our projects for reliably capturing labels and tracking loads from induct to their end destination. Auto Sol is proficient in both Keyence and Cognex readers.

ASRS Track powered by Ignition
For automated storage and retrieval, Auto Sol may depict each storage location for pallet loads at their respective zones with a unique identifier and log time of induct to ensure proper sequencing for loads exiting the system. We can also log dimensional data, individual skus for mixed pallets, and any other associated layers. This may prevent unstable loads from ever entering the system, ensure entire truckloads are accounted for, and for ensuring pallet loads are staged in order such that loading of pallets onto trucks are performed in the desired sequence. This may also apply to perishables when determining which product receives first priority when pulling from the system.
MDR Power Supply
Auto Sol offers standard 24VDC power supply assemblies for MDR applications, compatible with Hytrol, Wynwright, and other brands.
